Hard work goes into any website that contains good information. Backing up files frequently is the only way to ensure that data and files are safe. There are many good programs that can do this for the user, and many of them are easy to use.
How to Find WordPress Files and Data Using Different Tools
To find the databases with these tools:
Cpanel – On the control screen for cPanel, find the MySQL logo, click it, then find and click MySQL Databases. On that page, look for phpMyAdmin and click it to access that page.
Direct Admin – The screen should be on Your Account page; look for MySQL Management and click it to access phpMyAdmin.Ensim – Find the MySQL Admin logo and click. Under Configuration, find and choose MySQL Administration Tool.
Plesk – Click the link that says Databases and choose the WordPress database set up when it was installed. Click phpMyAdmin.

- In the phpMyAdmin panel click Database.
- Click the WordPress data created when WordPress was installed. Older versions may do this through a pull-down menu.
- Click on the Structure view tab and see several databases if there are plug-ins.
- Next, click on the boxes for all WordPress files and data and then click the tab labeled Export.
- On this screen select All the Tables and Check the SQL button.
- Click the Add Drop Table box.
- Click the Add if Not Exists box.
- Click in the Save as File box.
- Check None for no compression unless it’s a large file; then use a compression method.
Click on Go and wait while all the files and data are saved to the computer. Make two more copies.
